Ciprian Ciucu gives the reply to Daniel Băluță: “Crin Antonescu was the PSD proposal in the presidential elections”

Ciprian Ciucu, the first vice-president of the PNL, reacted to the statements of Daniel Băluță, favorite in the race for the City Hall, who said that the PSD held a common candidate for the presidential elections and understood “it is the turn” to support a social-democratic candidate.

Ciprian Ciucu gave the PSD mayor of Sector 4, Daniel Băluță, saying that the former Liberal Crin Antonescu was, in fact, the PSD proposal in the presidential elections, according to Digi24.

“It was the PSD proposal from the head of the place – we only went on. It was the proposal of Mr. Ciolacu and Mr. Hunor, so he can put that support on their right”, Explained the first vice-president of PNL.

Ciucu also said that, “Obviously we can have discussions – and they are really desirable to have discussions with PSD, with USR, with everyone – to see if a conclusion will be reached, but before, the most important thing is to have a date of elections, respecting the lawa ”.

The mayor of Sector 4, Daniel Băluță, claimed on Thursday that the local elections in Bucharest should be postponed, as the country is in a “major force situation”. He accuses the coalition partners of “political bullying”.

Băluță drew attention to tensions inside the coalition, saying that some political partners treat incorrect PSD.

“If we want to be in a coalition, we must respect this coalition. It is not only the PSD turn to support someone. The mayor of PSD of Sector 4, recalled that the PSD has supported in the past in the alliance and transmitted that now the responsibility rests with the Liberals.
