He claims that “therapy” mentioned is also recommended for pregnant women and small children.
The protagonist of the video is the wife of Călin Georgescu, who runs and rolls around in the snow, in a bathing suit, and the couple’s children also appear in the images.
According to Cristela Georgescu, who recommends, at the beginning, short sessions of 5-10 seconds, and then gradually increasing the time of walking barefoot through the snow, this practice favors the discharge of the body from the inevitable electrostatic energy.
