The only goal was scored by Virgiliu Postolachi (67), who scored from Louis Munteanu’s pass. The player who defied coach Dan Petrescu two stages ago, in Ploiești, after being substituted in extra time, was now brought onto the field in desperation.
Just five minutes after entering the pitch, the youth international crossed, the ball was deflected by Canadjija and reached Postolachi, who netted his third goal in two Superliga legs. Last round, the Moldovan footballer was the one who brought a point for CFR Cluj, scoring twice at the end of the game with Sepsi (3-3).
