In a new episode of the “state of unhealthy”, Dragoș Pătraru analyzed the ingredients contained in some types of ice cream from the trade and drew a conclusion: “Take some time and make home ice cream! ”.

He checked the labels of several ice cream brands and joked about the ingredients.

The well -known blogger and TV producer read the long list of ingredients of the assortments analyzed.

Dragoș Pătraru suggested to his followers and especially to those who have children to avoid ice cream from the trade, reminding that they can prepare it at home, from ingredients that they can control.
“Take some time andi do home ice cream. It is made very, very easy. You have millions of recipes. Or look for healthy alternatives for products you like. I use that Termomix at home and I froze from bananas or other frozen fruits and I make ice cream in 7-8 minutes.
