He is also the one who was informed by the representatives of the CS Dinamo swimming academy about how this contract was made.

The Dinamo Pro Foundation was established in March 1996 by the commander of the sports club at that time, former footballer Cornel Dinu, and vice-president of the “Red-Albe” group, former great handball player Valentin Samungi (deceased in September 2024).
The purpose of the foundation was to raise money for the other departments in the club, except football, without depending on the low budget made available by the Ministry of Interior.
