In the film posted on the Internet, the 9 -year -old child is repeatedly hit by a teenager, under the eyes of other children who encourage revolting violence: “Give it, me, burn it!”
At the same time, the older boys encourage the little girl to hit the teenager much larger and tall, asking him ironically “Give them to face! ”.
The teenager initially hit by the child beats him then, with fists and feet, over his head, he repeatedly slams him, hitting him in the head area and in the stomach.

The teenager was detained
Police officers self-identified as a result of the appearance in the public space of the video that surprised the aggression between a teenager and a minor.
From the investigations carried out by the police, it turned out that, on March 25, around 4,30, on Independence Street in Ștei, Bihor County, a 17-year-old would have assaulted a 9-year-old minor from Ștei, in that he was hit, with his fists and legs.
“On April 6, AC, following the administration of the probation, the police officers from the City of Ștei Police ordered the detention, for 24 hours, in the Center for Detention and Preventive Arrest of the Bihor County Police Inspectorate, compared to a 17 -year -old, from Mădăras commune, Bihor county, residing without legal forms. hit or other violence“.
On April 7 AC, the police officers of the city of Ștei will present the 17 -year -old at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Beiuș District Court, in order to dispose of legal measures.
In the same case, another 15 -year -old from Stete, is being investigated by the police, because he would have urged the aggression.
