FCSB won the Romanian Supercup in football, after defeating the Corvinul Hunedoara team, with a score of 3-0 (1-0), on Thursday evening, at the Steaua Stadium in Bucharest.

FCSB, the defending champion, won the first trophy of the season thanks to the goals scored by David Miculescu (21), Marius Ştefănescu (52) and Luis Phelipe (80).
FCSB won its sixth Supercup trophy, after those in 1994, 1995, 1998, 2001, 2006 and 2013.
Corvinul, a second league team that won the Romanian Cup last season, started bravely and had two scoring opportunities in the first ten minutes, through Roger (3), with a shot at the short corner rejected by Vlad, and through Neacşa ( 10), who fired over the goal from a distance.
FCSB opened the scoring on its first opportunity (21): Alhassan shot at the goal from the center of the box, Lefter rejected, and Miculescu resumed in the net.
Hunedomen also missed through Sergiu Buş (24), who shot at the short corner and won a corner. Iacob (37) shot over the goal, and Manolache (38) wasted the guests’ biggest chance, missing the deflection from 7 meters.
Before the break, Radaslavescu (43) shot from the corner, but Lefter rejected. Neacşa (45+2) sent a shot from 18 meters, just wide of the goal.
In the second half, Ştefănescu scored his first goal in the shirt of the Bucharest team (52), with a shot to the long corner, after a ball placed by Popa. The former player of the Sepsi OSK team missed two more situations alone with the goalkeeper (72, 90).
The third goal of the Bucharest players was achieved by the Brazilian Luis Phelipe (80), who took back into the net the ball rejected by Lefter at Musi’s shot.
The match was preceded by a minute of silence in memory of the renowned technician Ion V. Ionescu.
