FCSB returned to the first place in the Superligi ranking, after defeating Cluj University with a score of 1-0 (0-0), on Saturday night, on the National Arena, in a third stage match of the Play-off phase.

The only goal of the match was scored by David Miculescu (59 – penalty), from a penalty shot after consulting the video arbitration, for a foul by Gabriel Simion at Daniel Bîrligea.
FCSB had a goal opportunity in the first half through Miculescu (12), and immediately after the break, by Alexandru Musi (48), but each time the goalkeeper Edvinas Gertmonas was at the post. Finally, Jordan Gele (86) shot near the gate.
Small emotions in the match with the University of Cluj
The Cluj of Neluțu Sabău were as non-existent on the ground, but gave Emotions to Stefan Târnovanu on two rows, at Andrej Factory (71), from 30 meters, and ISSOUF Macalou (90+5), when the goalkeeper of the champion was careful and defended.
The University of Cluj has a single victory in the last five matches (against the rival CFR Cluj), an equal and three failures, practically coming out of the fight for the title. In contrast, FCSB continues the race, reaching 17 consecutive matches in Superliga without defeat – 11 victories, 6 draws, to be beaten with CFR Cluj and Craiova University for the championship.
