FCSB, victory with the perfect “victim”. The champion escapes the shame of relegating places

FCSB defeated Sepsi OSK Sfântu Gheorghe with a score of 1-0 (1-0), on Sunday evening, away, in a match from the 11th stage of the Superliga football. The victory came when the champion had reached 14th place in the ranking.

The only goal of the game was scored by Florin Tănase (16), with a header from Alexandru Băluţă’s cross. FCSB scored once more, through Daniel Bîrligea (67), but the goal was canceled by the video referee for offside at Joyskim Dawa.

Sepsi OSK is the perfect victim of FCSB: they haven’t beaten the red-blues in 12 matches, since 2021, during which the Bucharesters won 8 times, and 4 games ended in a draw. On Sunday evening, the Covăsne players were close to the mark in two rows, but the goalkeeper Ştefan Târnovanu intervened to save each time, at the restart of his former teammate Denis Haruţ (23) and at the header of Marius Coman (89).

Sepsi OSK is on its second consecutive defeat and the sixth in the last seven rounds. FCSB has two wins and two draws in the last four stages.
