It was a total show in Craiova, in a match full of phases, drama and twists and turns, which mattered in stage #15 of the domestic championship.

Craiova University started strongly, with great opportunities from the first minute, through Cicâldău, Băluță and Mora. Olteni clearly dominated the first minutes, but Rapid was the team that opened the scoring. In the 16th minute, Petrila entered the box, crossed to the edge of the grass, and Christensen took advantage of a deflection and scored for 0-1.
The hosts continued to press and, in the 30th minute, after an excellent cross from Cicâldău, Vlad Rus scored with a header for 1-1. Olteni remained in charge of the game, but Pașcanu saved Rapidul from a safe goal on the goal line, in the 35th minute.

The Bucharesters leveled the game and struck again in the 74th minute, when the same Christensen executed a set piece perfectly, and Kramer scored with a header for 1-2.
Craiova threw everything into the attack, and Rapid barely resisted. In the 90th+7th minute, the goalkeeper Aioani hit Nsimba in the box, and the referee Bîrsan, after consulting the VAR, awarded a penalty. Nsimba certainly converted in the 90+10th minute, setting the final score, 2-2.
For the University of Craiova, the match against UTA Arad follows, on November 9. Until then, the white-blues will face SK Rapid, in the Conference League, on November 6.
