What does it mean to be a full professor?
Tenure is the examination for permanent employment in a school. To become tenured, teachers must obtain a minimum grade of 7 in both the written exam and the classroom inspection in the job profile. To become a substitute – that is, for fixed-term employment – candidates must obtain a minimum grade of 5 in both the written test and the inspection.
The distribution of candidates for the vacant teaching positions published for employment for an indefinite period, in the descending order of the distribution averages, will be carried out in the public meetings organized by the school inspectorates between August 1 and 6. On August 1st, the assignment sessions for those who got above grade 7, according to the methodology, take place.
