In the match that ended the 17th stage of Serie A, AS Roma had fun on Monday night, at home, with Genoa, score 3-1.

All the goals of the band from the Eternal City came in the first half: Soula (14), Kone (19) and Ferguson (31). Ekhator (87) scored for Genoa. With the guests, the former captain of the national team, Nicolae Stanciu (32 years old), was not used at all.

The formation of Daniele De Rossi (42 years old), former captain of Rome, is in 17th place, the first above the relegation line, with 14 points. Verona, in 18th place, has 12 points.

Instead, AS Roma has 33 points, being in 4th place. The first ranked are Inter (36 points), AC Milan (35 points) and Napoli (34 points).

Businessman Dan Șucu, 62 years old, does not only have problems with Genoa. The other formation he patronizes, Rapid, lost its leading position in the Romanian Superleague, being dethroned by Craiova University, after the 21st stage, the last one from 2025.
