Last month, the images appeared of the fight after which Ganea attacked his neighbor. At the time, the man made a complaint to the police, claiming that he was punched in the face by the former footballer. Accusation that “Ghanaian“he denies it now, vehemently, in dialogue with Fanatik. And to back up his claim, the former striker also came up with a solid argument: “He also lied, that I punched him in the face and I don’t know what. Yes, he said I punched him in the mouth. Well, I didn’t, I said if I punched you in the mouth here, you wouldn’t talk at all“.
Starting from here, we learn that, in the meantime, the story of the fence, fascinating and incendiary, entered a new stage. Because, according to the documents he presented to Fanatik, Ganea would have won the case, in court, in this fierce war with his neighbor.
What did Ionel Ganea tell?
*Well, I got a response from the City Hall, where the neighbor was fined and put an illegal fence there and on my land. Because it was an easement road, he erased the easement and made his own private road.
*And I also addressed the police and, likewise, I received an answer from the police. That my possession was disturbed. The city hall fined. They forced him to take the fence down and he still wouldn’t take the fence down. The fence is still there. When I was there on the scene, again with the police, they found that he disturbed my property, invaded my privacy and harassed me. That they film there every day, put a group of this one there on the street and so on. He has an obligation to take down the fence. It also violates the right to privacy. It means they are filming in my yard, in my house, 24/7. (no – a criminal case was opened against the neighbor)
*Has three counts of disorderly conduct, invasion of privacy and harassment. He deleted the easement road and had no right, because it is registered as an easement road. Who is walking on that street over there, he comes out to the gate and says that what are you doing there, that it is a private property road. Of course, the surveyor who did the work there also did it illegally, and that surveyor is also liable.
*(no – have you met him, the neighbor?) I went there, he was no longer there. Anyway, he doesn’t leave the house, he just hangs around the house. After I leave, he leaves too. (no – is he afraid of you?) Not necessarily. But no, what can I say. And the Prosecutor’s Office proved me right. It’s his job. Yes, there are also 2-3 neighbors who are with him there, they protect him and so on. But, at 22, I didn’t bother anyone there, I didn’t upset anyone. I mean, I was flexible and respectful, that some are older than me. I am not scandalous, I told you that if I am right I defend myself. What to do?
*The problem is that he took that fence and put it on another property of other neighbors. He will still receive a fine, probably much higher. The criminal case continues. He committed an illegality, in the sense that he erased the easement road that was already in place since 2002. And registered in the land register.
