Gino Iorgulescu came out of sleep and replicated Dan Șucu aggressively. What does the resignation from LPF say

Accused of partisaning in favor of the FCSB champion, Gino Iorgulescu (69 years old), who quickly asked him to leave, came with an official answer.

Gino Iorgulescu, a rather absent character from Romanian football

Gino Iorgulescu, former president at FC National, assisted by the friendship with Victor Ponta to become the head of the LPF, located in the public space rather as a result of the accident committed by his son, threatens the head of the Rapid, Dan Șucu, with disclosures.

The spirits were inflamed after LPF has changed a regulation article and allowed the FCSB champion to re-enter Malcolm Edjoa (28 years old) on the championship list, after Gigi Becali (67 years old) had given up on him.

The regulations did not foresee the possibility of reintroducing by a team of a player already under contract on the superlig list, but only of a newcomer. In order to use Edjoa again, Becali should have registered a new contract in the league.

Superliga clubs meet tomorrow, at a meeting of the General Assembly.

“I stop here, although there would be more to say about Mr. Șucu”

Since taking over the mandate of president of the LPF, I have chosen to stay away from any backstage or influences that could support a club to the detriment of another. My role is to defend the general interest of Romanian football and to ensure the correct application of the rules for all member clubs.

Regarding the modification of the ROAF provisions regarding the possibility of completing the list of 25 players after the start of the championship, I would like to make the following details:

I took advantage of the public debate wave generated by the FCSB owner, Mr. George Becali, to correct an existing legal issue for a long time, which allowed the emergence of fireworks meant to bypass the regulatory disposition.

The purpose of the change proposed by LPF was the elimination of the “gray” area and ensuring transparency and correctness for all clubs, regardless of name, track record or position.

In the autumn of last year, Mr. Dan Șucu, to whom I carry a special respect for involving Rapid and for the efforts of professionalizing Romanian football, has benefited from such a legal artifice in the case of player Jakub Hromada. Unlike Mr. Becali, did not request the intervention of LPF.

He preferred to use the legal work offered by the termination of the contract with the agreement of the parties and the conclusion of a new contract. Based on this artifice, the player was attributed to the alleged quality of new legitimized player, although previously under contract with the club. He had been removed from the list and, through this procedure, was reintroduced, thus bypassing the regulatory provisions.

I publish Mr. Șucu that, before attacking me, to check inside the club if he did not benefit, in turn, of practices that I have now eliminated precisely in order not to give birth to discussions.

I do not comment on what interests are pursuing those who criticize this change, but I think we cannot talk about morality and transparency as long as we accept and use regulatory portions when they are convenient and, at the same time, we clarify transparency just when we try to become transparent, clear and clear.

The modification proposed by the LPF does not benefit and does not disadvantage any particular club. It provides a clear and uniform framework, applicable to all league members, in the spirit of the fair play and legality.

Despite the attacks, I will continue to support measures that serve the general interest of Romanian football. I stop here, although there would be more to say about Mr. Sucu”, Is the statement posted on lpf.ro.
