The interim chief of the PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, sent a message on Tuesday, criticizing the government led by Ilie Bolojan and spoke again about the variants of the exit of his party.
Grindeanu is upset because of the Anghel Saligny Photo Mediafax program
“The PSD supports the rapid adoption of a package of measures with a clear destination: cutting privileges and selfs! Including by engaging the Government’s responsibility! Compared to the real needs of the Romanians!wrote Sorin Grindeanu on his Facebook page.
According to him, according to him “Stopping a project at 60% with a value of 50 million lei and for which 30 million have already been spent, does not automatically equalize with an economy of 20 million”but with the total loss of investment, because it will cost more to be preserved, than to be completed.
“PSD does not agree with such an approach, seen only from the height of an office, in a table! Therefore, I firmly requested a rigorous analysis of opportunity and utility on each project! Yes-where the works have not started. I think we can postpone. We ask for objective, transparent and assumed assessments for all projects, because each locality in this country matters ”he continued.
The PSD interim chief also stated that: “To say that the Anghel Saligny program-initiated in the right-wing governance with the Liberal Prime Minister, is a” stolen “project means to insult thousands of mayors who work correctly and millions of Romanians waiting for water, sewerage, gases and better roads. If some have stolen, to go to prison!
Although he criticized the measures taken by the government led by Ilie Bolojan, Sorin Grindeanu denied that the PSD would have plans to leave the government.
“I am very clear: PSD does not come out of government! We have huge responsibilities to Romanians with low and medium income and to local communities. PSD has entered the Government just to defend these things. Who thinks can only be governed with cuts and blockages and with the whole savings in the head to take this. increasing royalties or outsourcing their profits.
“This government formula is the only chance for Romania to maintain its development direction, but decisions must be taken together by all parties. Not unilaterally, not by circular and not over the head of those who govern for Romanians from all communities, from the smallest, to the largest.”he concluded.
The statements come in the context in which, during a press conference held on Friday, July 18, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan spoke about a prioritization of investments in the Anghel Saligny program, so that the projects that have an advanced stage, are financed. “And the projects that are not in advanced stage do not assure them, at least in the following months.”
