Ion Filimon, convicted in the Republic of Moldova to prison and given international prosecution, is on the list of the County Electoral Bureau (BEJ) in Vaslui, as a representative of SOS, the party of Diana Şoșoaca.

Before being a member of the BEJ, Filimon was part of the Gold Vaslui leadership, after finding out that there are counties where there is no person to organize a branch, according to the new weather.
“Vasluiul fell to me, as at a lot of lots”, Ion Filimon said in 2020.
Later, Filimon was removed from the management of the Gold branch, which is why his concubine, Raisa Enachi, decided to resign from the party, wrote the publication cited in 2024.
Currently, Enachi is a deputy SOS, and Filimon a member of the County Electoral Bureau in the presidential elections.
Filimon, accused of scam
According to the data in the criminal case in which he was tried and convicted in the Republic of Moldova, Ion Filimon is accused of scam. He was born on December 3, 1964, in the village of Cărpineni, Hâncești district, and is currently domiciled in Chisinau.

In December 2005, Filimon received a model car “Mercedes – Benz E 220”, With no. C GN 49, agreeing to pay its price in the amount of 14,000 euros in a period of 2 years, after which to perfect the documents regarding the transmission of the right of ownership of the car concerned.
He is also accused of making and held a power of attorney from April 11, 2005, in which he made false documents, more precisely the signature of the DB agent and made false documents, as the prosecutor’s given is authenticated by the notary TB and registered with no. 3587, counterfeit in this sense the signature and stamp.
Subsequently, on July 29, 2005, Filimon went to the Center for the Registration of the Car Transport of the Main Directorate of Transport and qualification of the drivers without the news and agreement of the de facto owner of the model “Mercedes – Benz E 220”, MB, making use of the false power of mentioned.
He presented it in the Automagazinul SRL “The Highway”, based on which the invoice of June 29, 2005 was made, so the mentioned car was removed from the record and alienated for the amount of 6,000 euros, and the amount of money received it, causing the injured party a material damage of 14,000 euros.
That is why Filimon is accused of scam, as he acquired the car received from the MB, committed abuse of trust and produced material damages. Because he left the Republic of Moldova during the trial, he appears as being given in national pursuit.
At Bej Vaslui, in addition to the three judges with experience in elections (Georgina Moldovan, Diana-Eugenia Manta-Grape and Cătălina Darie) and the representative of the Permanent Electoral Authority (Maricica Iftene), lawyers were sent.
PSD sent Eduard Prisecaru, USR on Ancuța Nicoleta Bogdan, and can on Mona-Maria Leonte.
Also, Gold sent his secretary, Adnana Maria Mînzățanu, UDMR on the only member of Vaslui, Nicu Vârlan’s wife (he became a public official in Vaslui Prefecture and is no longer allowed to make politics), and at PNL, Liliana Trifan.
Depending on how many places are available, Bej Vaslui will be completed with representatives of the parties who have registered for candidates, by drawing lots.
It will be chosen from a list formed by the representatives of the Pusl parties (candidate-Lavinia Șandru), PNCR (Cristian Terheș), Plan (Silviu Predoiu) or PNR (Sebastian Constantin Popescu). There are four independent candidates (Nicușor Dan, Victor Ponta, Daniel Funeriu and John-Ion Banu Muscel) who cannot nominate representatives in BEJs.
