Sebastian Burduja, the PNL candidate for the Capital City Hall, met on a television set with Nicușor Dan, a candidate for a new mandate from the United Right. The liberal gave the current mayor his book, entitled Plan for Bucharest, and told him, ironically, that he is needed back in civil society.
