I read your testimony carefully about the experience at the Emergency Clinical Hospital, in which you describe the lack of time response, the difficulties in communicating with the medical team and the lack of support at a critical moment for your sister. I feel deeply grieved and disturbed reading the related ones. Behind each word feels a real suffering, and as manager of this institution, but also as a man, I cannot remain indifferent. I am honestly sorry that instead of receiving support and confidence, you have experienced insecurity, frustration and revolt”, Says Floreasca Hospital manager.

When such situations appear, they reach directly one of our fundamental needs as an institution: the need to provide competent and human care, in a safe framework. When patients or caregivers feel abandoned, we have a duty to listen, understand in depth and act. We have already initiated a detailed analysis, with the goal of understanding exactly what happened, who was involved and what procedures were not respected. This internal investigation is not a mere administrative approach, but a process that they lead personally, with seriousness and responsibility“He added.
