IKEA Kreativ simplifies the design process by coming up with an approach that is accessible and fun for all, allowing users to easily visualize and position new pieces alongside existing furniture. The feature is ideal for consumers facing various home design challenges, from moving into a new home to renovating rooms or simply experimenting with different furniture combinations.
IKEA Kreativ guides users every step of the way and gives them the ability to create realistic 3D room models with just a few clicks, as well as view changes in real time, explore different furniture placements and choose decors that reflect their style personal.
You have 2 options to start your virtual design experience. You can scan your own room and see what you would like to design. Or you can explore over 50 interactive IKEA showrooms already set up to find the inspiration you need and design your space the way you want.
Kreativ’s intuitive design tools allow you to delete old furniture and replace it with new IKEA products, add them to your shopping cart, share ideas with friends and family, and turn the furnishing process into an experience full of inspiration and creativity.

So what can you do with IKEA Kreativ?
With IKEA Kreativ Scene Scanner™, integrated into the IKEA app, you can easily create editable and realistic 3D reproductions of your own spaces, which you can edit and design with IKEA products. You can take a series of photos of the room, based on which an interactive reproduction of the space is automatically formed, with a wide angle, accurate dimensions and perspectives.
What is even more interesting and very useful is the fact that you can “delete” the existing furniture in a certain area, you can position a new IKEA furniture product, you can quickly change the variants and you can design a room in its entirety.
And because everything is synchronized and well thought out, once you’ve designed the room you want, you can add products to the shopping cart, save the design ideas to your IKEA account and even share your design ideas with family and friends for more lots of inspiration and advice. Virtual cameras are stored in the cloud and can be accessed from anywhere. You can even bring your projects into the store via the IKEA mobile app.
