Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu reacted similarly, condemning the attack and emphasizing that political or ideological differences do not justify violent acts.

Sending my thoughts of a speedy recovery to President Trump and all the victims of this horrific attack! Regardless of political or ideological differences, resorting to violence is never justified or acceptable“, Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu wrote on X.

Lasconi: What happened in the USA is deeply unacceptable

The president of USR, Elena Lasconi, reacted to the assassination attempt on Donald Trump, stating that: “nothing good will come of hate” and “nothing lasting will be built by violence“.

Hate leads to violence, and violence kills the very idea of democracy. What happened in the US is deeply unacceptable. If you don’t agree with someone, don’t vote for them, but don’t end up using force to impose your point of view.

In these moments let us be united and say bluntly that hatred and violence have no place in politics. I pray for Donald Trump and his family to make a full recovery and be able to continue his campaign. I was also very happy with Joe Biden’s message. This is not how elections should be lost or won in a democracy. The whole world looks to the United States as an example of freedom and democracy. Now more than ever we have to ask ourselves what kind of society we want to live in. One with hate and violence? Or one with love and tolerance?“, wrote the USR leader, Elena Lasconi, on her Facebook page.

Simon: We are not better off in Romania either

AUR leader George Simion said that the assassination attempt on former US President Donald Trump is: “from the series of crimes committed by the globalist deep state”

The attack committed against President Donald Trump opens a new black page in the series of crimes committed by the globalist deep state against presidents who do not want to perpetuate the war. With the arrival of Donald Trump as president of the USA, unnecessary conflicts, which kill tens of thousands of civilians, will be ended. I can’t help but think that the globalist left, which perpetuates anti-nature, anti-family, anti-nature ideas, is committing this kind of escalator murder. It is enough to look at the attempted assassination of the Slovak Prime Minister, Robert Fico, two months ago”, claimed AUR leader George Simion.

The AUR leader stated that “we are not better off in Romania either”, launching several attacks on Romanian political opponents, in the context of the presidential elections.

We are not better off in Romania either. Four hard months are coming, four months with postponed elections, four months in which the system returns after some fraudulent elections, on June 9, and the dictator hungry for positions, Klaus Werner Iohannis together with the globalist puppets: Ciolacu, Ciucă and Mircea Geoană, will do anything to maintain their privileges. That is why I appeal to all those who love peace, to all those who love God, to remain calm and move forward for the Romanian nation and for their faith. I wish you a peaceful Sunday and may the next four months protect us from any tragedy, because we have seen what the PNL prosecutors can do or some televisions that raise a lot of messages against democracy, against freedom and for war“, Simion also said.

Sosoacă: The globalists have gone on to assassinate the nationalists

The president of the SOS Romania party, Diana Șoșoacă, said that the “globalists” were to blame for the armed attack on Donald Trump.

The globalists have gone on to assassinate the nationalists. After the attempt to assassinate the prime minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, the attempt to eliminate Donald Trump shows that the globalists have no limits and that they have moved to a well-laid plan to assassinate nationalist leaders all over the world. It proves that the globalists are the real extremists and fanatics and that they fear the vote of the peoples who want to shake off the yoke that has been imposed on them. The attempt to assassinate Donald Trump is a crossroads of contemporary history: it became clear that, losing the vote, as they were in Romania, the globalists resort to dirty means: fraud, blackmail, threats and even murder. Through the attempt on Trump’s life, the globalists put an end to even the appearance of democracy that was still kept in the window to deceive the peoples. But as the peoples woke up from their slumber and no longer want to be manipulated, the globalists went to the next level: murder!“, Diana Șoșoacă said, in a post on the Facebook page of the formation she leads.

The leader of SOS Romania told the former president of the USA to come back in force, accusing the Romanian politicians “who serve globalism” of destroying democracy.

I send President Donald Trump, on behalf of me, the SOS Romania Party and all Romanians, to come back in force to thwart the evil plans of the globalists and I assure him of our full support. We know he will be the next president of the United States and that he will bring peace. I also convey to the Romanian politicians who serve globalism and who fight in Romania against nationalism with dirty weapons, just as the globalists do in the United States and in the other countries of the European Union, to refrain from hypocritical messages. All of you who worship war and globalism are the extremists who destroyed democracy, who rig the elections and who threaten the lives of nationalists when the vote of the citizens no longer suits you!“, said Diana Sosoacă.

We remind you that former US President Donald Trump was the target of an assassination attempt while addressing the crowd on stage at an election rally in Pennsylvania. A bullet hit the Republican politician in the earlobe. The Security Services urgently removed Trump from the stage. The FBI has revealed the identity of the attacker.

Trump said on social media that he was shot and hit by a bullet in “the top of my right ear“. The Secret Service said the former president was safe after being rushed off the stage with blood on his face. A spokesman said Trump was “fine” after the “heinous act”.
