As a result of the Bad weather code issued by meteorologists, the Emergency Department (DSU) ordered the mobilization of additional forces and equipment in the targeted counties, to ensure quick interventions in case of emergencies. Moreover, DSU has transmitted some recommendations to the population.

The intervention device
– ISU BN, ISU HR, ISU SV and ISU MS – in support of ISU VS, with 4 intervention trucks, 4 first intervention and command vehicles, 8 motor pumps;
– ISU CJ and ISU MM – in support of ISU BC, with 2 intervention trucks, 2 first intervention and command vehicles, 4 motor pumps;
– ISU AB, ISU BV, ISU CV and ISU SB – in support of ISU GL, with 4 intervention trucks, 4 special intervention and command vehicles, 8 motor pumps;
– ISU AG and ISU Vl – in support of ISU BZ – by relocation from the area of competence of ISU VN – with 2 intervention trucks, 2 special intervention and command vehicles, 4 motor pumps;
– ISU DJ and ISU OT – in support of ISU IL, with 2 intervention trucks, 2 first intervention and command vehicles, 4 motor pumps.
Recommendations for the population
– Avoid traveling in the areas targeted by warnings, especially during periods with maximum phenomena intensity.
– Follow the official communications issued by the authorities and do not expose yourself to risks in areas with flood potential.
– Check out the drainage systems and clean the gutters to prevent water accumulation.

Yellow code and orange code of bad weather

Starting on Sunday, May 25, at 10:00, until May 27, at 10:00, several regions of the country will be affected by severe weather phenomena, according to the National Meteorological Administration. DSU monitors the evolution of phenomena and recommends the population to be cautious and informed.
In parallel, the wind intensifications will be temporarily and the weather will become cold, even very cold in certain regions.
