Today, FRF was severely fined by UEFA. He has to pay a fine of 50,000 euros, the harshest of them, and to play the next match at home behind closed doors due to the xenophobic chants of the supporters.

But the inappropriate chants are not addressed to the Kosovars, but to the Hungarian neighbors, believes Cristian Jura!
“But what the supporters did is completely different, and for their behavior, FRF is held responsible. Because such manifestations of the Romanian supporters are repetitive. For example, in the accusation of xenophobic and discriminatory behavior in the match with Kosovo, the fine was not for chanting against those from Kosovo, but for chanting against Hungary, which was also used at matches abroad“.
The Romanian lawyer also specified that “șeven in the situation where the match would have ended on the field, the sanctions for the behavior of the Romanian supporters would still have been given. Because we are recidivists in this chapter and we were already under the observation of the European forum. That’s why the field was suspended for one match“.
