Jaqueline Cristian was defeated by Karolina Muchova 6-1, 6-3 on Monday in the third round of the WTA 1,000 tournament in Beijing, with total prizes of 8,955,610 dollars.

Jaqueline Cristian (26 years old, 80 WTA), who on Saturday met another Czech, Barbora Krejcikova, world number 10, whom she defeated 1-6, 6-4, 7-5, lost to Karolina Muchova after one hour and 16 minutes.

Muchova (28 years old, 49 WTA), who also won their only previous match, in 2018, in Versmold, in the first round, with 6-4, 6-1, served much better than the Romanian in Beijing, imposing herself without emotions.

According to Agerpres, Jaqueline Cristian was chosen with a check of 59,100 dollars and 65 WTA points for her evolution.
