Lusitanian publication “A Bola” reported that coach Jose Mourinho, 61, had to take a few days off after undergoing surgery in Lisbon.

The technician who was recently in Romania, at the farewell match of the Golden Generation, insisted on undergoing surgery in his native country.
“The Special One” had his gall bladder removed. He took advantage of the days off he gave his players over Christmas.
“Mou” mentioned that he’s feeling good and that he’s been exaggerating about the surgery, which he says was pretty easy.
He promised to be back in the grass quickly. “In 25 years of my career I have never skipped a workout and I don’t plan to do that now”, said Mourinho.
After 16 rounds, Fener is in 2nd place in the Superliga, after Galatasaray. There are 8 points between the two. The next match of the Istanbul squad is scheduled for January 5, against Hatayspor.
