Leyah returns to the public in Romania on February 1, 2026, from 19:00, at ARCUB – Hanul Gabroveni in Bucharest, through a live experience centered on pure emotion. The artist will bring to the stage “Unplugged Stories”, an event that combines music with creative talk, with the intention of exploring how music can become a language of connection between artists, ideas and people.
The event will take place at ARCUB – Gabroveni Inna space that will transform for one evening into a place of real attention and connection. The audience will live a collective experience where music and conversation will intertwine in a dialogue about emotion and balance, and music and creative talk will be heard through headphones, in a silent format.
The theme of this concert is “deeplugging”: an invitation to disconnect from devices and to reconnect with the present moment, with oneself, with people and with the beauty around. It will be a form of conscious pause, through which the present will once again become a space of reflection and balance.
“For a long time I have wanted to bring people closer to the moment and encourage them to experience it without feeling the need to document it in one way or another. My music is about connection and how we can stay present in a world that constantly demands our attention. Unplugged Stories it’s about this return to simplicity, to listening and to the silence that brings us closer to each other – even when the music is playing in the headphones.
But more than that, it’s about valuable information shared by two professionals that I look up to immensely. I am convinced that the viewers will leave there with a new perspective on reality“, he says Leyah.
On stage, alongside Leyahthere will be two strong voices that complete the artistic universe of the artist through dialogue: Teodora Tompea – journalist and Digi24 presenter, with extensive experience in television journalism, and Paul Olteanu – trainer, coach and host of the famous podcast Mind Architectone of the most appreciated emotional education and neuroscience projects in Romania.
Together, the three will build a conversation about balance and mindfulness in the digital age, providing audiences with valuable insights and ideas that can be integrated into their daily lives, relationships and communities.
“Unplugged Stories” is more than an artistic experience; it is an initiative that brings together music, dialogue and collective introspection to create a community of those seeking balance and meaning in early 2026.
Audiences will be invited to put their phones away and connect to the present and others in an immersive experience that will recreate the joy of meeting offline.
With a sound universe where piano, voice and cinematic arrangements intertwine in an intimate story, Leyahtogether with his guests, will create an evening about reconnection and rediscovering values, at the beginning of the year when we want to redefine what we want to become.

Leyah
(Magdalena Diana Marica) is a composer, pianist and singer, the first Romanian artist to introduce and develop the cinematic pop genre – a film music with voice, a crossover between classical music and contemporary pop.
Formed in classical music, Leyah she went on stage from the age of 6, and at 16 she debuted as a soloist with Concert no. 1 by Beethoven, under the baton of her father, the conductor Modest Cichirdan. After rigorous music studies and a solid career as a performance pianist, Leyah chose to transform this heritage into a direction of his own, where piano, voice and emotion merge into a cinematic sonic experience.
During 2024–2025, Leyah launched Kinesthesia – the first pop cinematic tour in Romania – followed by Symphonic kinesthesiaa grandiose production that reimagines this style with a full symphony orchestra, in an attempt to bring classical music closer to new generations through a contemporary, accessible and relevant form.
