The Romania – Denmark match, the third in Group A of the Women’s World Handball Championship, takes place today, December 1, on National Day, from 21:30, live on Digi Sport 1 and Prima Sport. At stake is first place in Group A, which the Nordics are favourites, as well as the number of points they have going into the main group.
Danish journalists noted the fighting spirit demonstrated so far by Ovidiu Mihăilă’s students in this final tournament. The tricolors defeated Croatia (score 33-24) and Japan (score 31-27).

The Romanians had huge support from several thousand spectators who, with Balkan blood in their veins, gave everything from the stands. And even though it might sound strange, the Danes would love to have some adversity“, the Danes also wrote.
Denmark and Romania each have 4 points in Group A. The Nordics are in first place, with a better goal difference, (71-43) compared to (64-51). Croatia and Japan have no points.
