“In a single rechecked section, we recovered 185 votes. Only one and 166. More than 1000 cannot be found and several hundred other minutes are modified from the pen without the respective votes being counted. I have submitted over 80 recount requests and have received no response from BES. Everyone's involvement is needed to be able to recount the votes in Sector 1”, it is shown in the post made by Clotilde Armand.
Also, in another post, made during the night from Wednesday to Thursday, the mayor of Sector 1 talks about a “fraud” at Section 144.
“Another fraud. At section no. 144 the method of vote fraud called 'suveica' worked wonderfully! The fraud is confirmed in the new report on the AEP website in which it is written that 4 votes were found in the ballot box of another section! They are afraid to recount the votes. Because they stole thousands of votes in a horrible way“, Clotilde Armand transmitted.
We remind you that Armand appeared on Wednesday, June 12, at the Electoral Office of District 1 and claimed that he was the victim of fraud during the elections.
“There are several irregularities. There are irregularities related to the persons who are in the Electoral Office of the sector. There are unidentified people walking in the Electoral Office of the sector. They walk in the bags that are up there, people who are not authorized in open bags”, accused Clotilde Armand. That is, exactly what was reproached to her in the year 2020.
