The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) has issued a travel warning for Germany, where a strike by Lufthansa pilots and flight attendants is scheduled for Thursday. The union action will affect air traffic at several major airports in the country.
According to the MAE, the strikes will take place at the airports of Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Bremen, Stuttgart, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Berlin and Hanover, and will generate significant disruptions in the flight schedule operated at these airports. Passengers are advised to check flight status in advance and contact air operators for updated information.
