“First of all there are no negotiations over the head of the European Union, meetings between the United States and Russia took place, but it is clear that there can be no peace negotiations on Ukraine without Ukraine or without the European Union, with Ukraine being on the European continent. . He stressed that while the United States adjusts its economic, commercial and military commitments in Europe, the European Union must take on a more important role.

Referring to the political situation in Romania, Mureșan said that there is an increased interest in what is happening in the country. “The President of Romania is a first -rate interlocutor for all the heads of state and governments, at European level.
