Michael Schumacher would have flew from Mallorca to Switzerland, to be with his family, upon arrival of his first grandchildren. Gina, the daughter of the former great Formula 1 pilot, gave birth to a little girl called Millie.

Schumacher, who recovered at his villa in Spain, would have made a helicopter trip back to the family house near Lake Geneva a few days before birth to be with them at this special moment, according to The Sun.
“Welcome to the world, Millie. Born on March 29, our hearts are more than ever. We are truly lucky to have you in our lives“, said Gina and her husband, Iain Bethke. The announcement was accompanied by a black and white photo depicting her parents and little girl’s hands.
The legend of Formula 1 suffered, 12 years ago, a terrible ski accident in the French Alps, when he almost lost his life. Schumacher was placed in a medically induced coma after fracturing his skull, and later suffered two operations on the brain.
In an attempt to protect the intimacy of the legendary sports, his wife, Corinna, and his children, Gina and the Mick racing pilot, kept secrets about his current state, just a limited number of close friends and relatives allowed to visit Schumacher.
Initially, Schumacher recovered following the traumatic accident at his mansion in Switzerland, but he is believed to have moved to his villa in Spain to continue recovery.
Recently, the former great pilot took part in a charitable initiative at the request of his colleague Sir Jackie Stewart. Michael Schumacher, with the support of his wife, Corinna, was one of the biggest athletes who signed one of Stewart’s headphones, which will be auctioned to raise money for his charitable organization “Race Against Dementia” (“Dementia race”).
He expressed his enthusiasm for the German autograph, reached 56 years old. “It is wonderful that Michael can sign the helmet for this noble cause, a disease for which there is no cure. His wife helped and completed the set with the signature of each champion who is still among us,” said Sir Jakie Stewart.
Schumacher, in a delicate state, has scored his initials “MS” on the White Him with Scottish.
