It is the second public intervention of the former TV producer in less than 10 days, after a long period of silence, in which she says she avoided commenting on the subject.

In the message posted on social networks, Mihaela Rădulescu referred to the division of assets and the way she was treated after the death of her partner.

“No, I never asked his family for any money, not the houses, not one of the 8 luxury cars and motorcycles, watches, boat, nothing of value. The law is clear – without marriage, all the tens of millions go to his parents. What I don’t understand is why they can’t just take everything and accept that the pain should bring us closer. We lost the man who loved his mother like an exemplary son and loved his woman like a real grown man…”, wrote Mihaela Rădulescu.

The star claims that she was put in a difficult situation even in terms of personal belongings and access to the housing where she lived with Baumgartner.

“No, I didn’t steal a Rolex or a car after his death, for God’s sake! As much as some wanted to present me as a ‘typical Romanian’, they chose the wrong person. They should be ashamed of themselves. Things like this make Felix look naive.” also forwarded this.

She states that, in the months following the death, she was forced to prove ownership of personal property: “For 8 months I was asked to prove the ownership of every object of mine in the two houses, after 12 years…”

Mihaela Rădulescu says that she did not initiate lawsuits against her ex-partner’s family, although, according to her statements, there would have been tense situations related to access to homes and the recovery of personal items.

“We chose both houses together, we decorated them together, we lived and loved there. No, I didn’t sue his parents for anything, not for invading my privacy, not for breaking into our homes with strangers, not for the way they invaded Felix’s privacy in a way that would have made him feel bad, not for packing my things like trash. I don’t think there is anything more absurd than to sue the family of the man you loved”it is also shown in the star’s message.

Rădulescu also claims that his silence until now was misinterpreted and that he was subjected to additional pressure: “SI’m the last person who wants a public discussion about this madness, but my silence has been interpreted as ‘let’s continue to humiliate her, lie about her, hire three lawyers against her (three!!!), against the woman who just wanted her stuff back, all paid for from Felix’s records and work…’”

In the same message, Mihaela Rădulescu states that the whole situation exceeded the limits of decency and that her public image was affected.

“All lines of decency have been crossed, and what they did to me when I finally got ‘permission’ to get my stuff back is not something I will keep quiet about. My self-respect and reputation matter.” he also shared this on Instagram.
