Mihai Albu revealed on Thursday, May 9, through a post published on social networks, that he underwent surgery after being diagnosed with prostate cancer.

The designer stated in the post that he was diagnosed with prostate cancer following a routine check-up.
“Following a routine control with modified results, results that later led to specific imaging and laboratory investigations, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer (adenocarcinoma – malignant form). An operation to remove the prostate and local lymph nodes followed“, the well-known designer sent on Facebook.
Mihai Albu also stated that he was under the supervision of medical personnel. In addition, he urged his followers not to ignore “periodic medical evaluations”.
“I am still in the convalescence period, constantly monitored by the surgical team, and the progress can be seen from one day to the next. It is extremely important not to ignore regular medical evaluations because they can save your life. I will let time heal my wounds, I really have many spectacular creations waiting for me“, it is also shown in the related post.
