The two discussed the strengthening of the strategic partnership and the expansion of economic cooperation, including the increase of American investments and the development of the strategic role of the Port of Constanța.

“Today, I had a meeting with His Excellency, Mr. Darryl Nirenberg, the US Ambassador to Romania. We discussed the strengthening of the strategic partnership by intensifying bilateral dialogue and expanding economic cooperation. The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure actively supports these efforts and encourages the growth of American investments in Romania and in the Central and Eastern European region, in a favorable context marked by administrative reforms, accelerated infrastructure development and progress towards joining the OECD.
