Mircea Lucescu announced the foreigners for the double with Cyprus and Lithuania. What is happening with Hagi and Pușcaș

The 79-year-old coach chose 19 foreigners for this double, of which not all players will make the final squad. The only surprise names on Mircea Lucescu’s list are Vlad Dragomir (25 years old), the midfielder from Pafos, the team that eliminated CFR Cluj from the Conference League, as well as George Pușcaș. The striker had a conflict with the coach during the tour match with Lithuania, but the two probably buried the hatchet.

Ianis Hagi does not play for Rangers at all

As for Ianis Hagi, Mircea Lucescu continues to follow his lead, even if the tricolor international has a very difficult situation at Rangers, where he does not play either in the first team or in the second, following the coach’s decision. For the selector, it matters that whenever he played for the first national team, Ianis had achievements and helped his team.

Daniel Paraschiv, the striker from Real Oviedo, is also on the preliminary list this time, just like in the previous action. However, he did not get the final batch then. He has one match and one goal for the Romanian national team.
