After 13 years spent in the United States, Monica Bîrlădeanu decided to return to Romania, loaded with a baggage full of experiences and learnings. After changing 7 houses in just 13 years, the actress felt the need for stability. The star also confessed how she keeps herself in an enviable physical shape.

“Home is where I live now”, she confesses, acknowledging the challenges that frequent moves have brought to her life. From Iasi to the United States and back, each move represented a new beginning, but also a process of adaptation.
“Home is where I live now. But really, Lord, I've moved I think 7 houses in the States in 13 years. A lot, you realize. Is very much. In 13 years you move almost every two years. We moved to Iași again several times. I think I've moved on a lot in my life. Moving is actually considered the second most stressful thing after someone's death. It's hard to adjust to a new space, including a new neighborhood. I mean, you feel so uprooted when you move”, revealed Monica Bîrlădeanu, according to ego.ro.

Aged 45, Monica Bîrlădeanu has not only adapted to the changes, but shines in an enviable physical shape. She shares some of the golden rules she's adopted since turning 40, demonstrating a deep commitment to her health and inner balance.
Among them, giving up eating sweets was an essential step.
“Since 40 years, I have made several “commitments”,
she explains, stressing the importance of dedication to yourself and a healthy lifestyle.

Moreover, Monica Bîrlădeanu maintains her discipline and dedication to sports, including pilates in the mornings, regardless of her mood.
“The main focus is not slimming, and shaping happens anyway if you stick to it”she emphasizes, highlighting the importance of movement and vitality for a balanced and energetic life.
