VIIIth grade students who are going to take the National Assessment are automatically registered for the exam by the secretariats of the schools where they study. Enrollment of children is done through a dedicated application. Therefore, parents do not have to fill out any application, do not bring documents or files with different documents to the secretariats of educational units. This, unlike the parents of students who give the Baccalaureate.
National Assessment 2024. Papers, digitally corrected
Starting this year, the papers of students taking the National Assessment exam will be digitally corrected. The exam papers will be scanned by the assistant professors, with the first unclassified page and the right corner unfolded. The platform automatically removes the first page of the work, the one that was scanned unclassified.
The resulting file after scanning will have two black pages in addition to the work: the first and the last. Assistant professors check that the pages are complete and legible. If there are pages that are not clear, the proofreaders will delete them and rescan the paper.
What rules will students have to follow?
Candidates' access to educational units/examination centers is allowed between 8:00 and 8:30. Students must carry a valid ID and writing instruments with ink or blue paste for writing written work. For the execution of schemes and drawings, I can also use black pencil.
Students are prohibited from bringing into the exam rooms any type of supporting materials: textbooks, dictionaries, notes, notebooks, books, drafts, summaries, collections, etc., which can be used to solve the subjects, as well as mobile phones and instruments computing, information storage or communication electronics. Also, candidates are not allowed to bring satchels, rucksacks, satchels, purses, etc. into the exam room. All these will be left in the personal belongings storage room established by the committee in the educational unit or examination center. Candidates who refuse to store objects in the room established by the commission for this purpose are not accepted in the exam.
Candidates should also know that the writing time for the topics in each written test is 120 minutes (two hours), calculated after completing the identification box. Only students for whom this request has been approved by the Bucharest County Commission for the Organization of National Evaluation, based on the provisions of the specific procedure regarding the provision of equal opportunities for students, benefit from the extension of working time, by a maximum of two hours with visual impairments, hearing impairments and neurodevelopmental disorders.
