Nicușor Dan obtained in the first round of the presidential elections 1.97 million votes, at a great distance, of almost 2 million votes, following George Simion, who ranked first with 3.86 million votes.
Under these conditions, at a distance of 20 percent of his counter -candidate in the second round of the presidential elections, organized on May 18, Nicușor Dan says that there is a need for a great vote to ensure success.
“We must all see the sociological analyzes: how many people say they will come to the vote; how (come) of those who voted for other candidates, how they have reoriented … but, in principle, a 11 million presence gives me a great chance to win.”explained Nicușor Dan.

Regarding the electoral debates, Nicușor Dan said that discussions are held to organize serious debates next week.
“I have been in the public space for 20 years and I have never promoted hatred. Of course I have criticized a lot, in decent terms, with arguments. But I have never promoted hatred. And I think one of the topics of this presidential debate is a culture of dialogue towards a culture of hatred.”said the candidate about the topics to be addressed these days.
