President Nicușor Dan issued several councilors, including Cristian Diaconescu and Luminița Odobescu, brought by Ilie Bolojan during the interim period in Cotroceni.

The President of Romania, Nicușor Dan, signed on Monday, October 6, 2025, the following decrees:
- Decree for issuing from the position of presidential adviser for national defense and safety of Mr. Cristian Diaconescu, on request, starting November 1, 2025;
- Decree for issuing from the position of presidential counselor of Mrs. Luminița-Teodora Odobescu, on request, starting with November 1, 2025;
- Decree for issuing from the position of presidential counselor of Mrs. Mariana Costea, on request, starting with November 1, 2025;
- Decree for issuing from the position of state counselor of Mrs. Cătălina Galer, on request, starting November 1, 2025;
- Decree for issuing from the position of state counselor of Mrs. Lenuța Cobuz, on request, starting with November 1, 2025;
- Decree for the release from the state position of the counselor Gabriel-Cristian Pișcociu, starting with November 1, 2025;
- Decree regarding the passing of the General Mr. of Air Flotilla – with a star Bălan Ovidiu from the Ministry of National Defense, on October 8, 2025.
The President of Romania, Nicușor Dan, also appointed 16 new presidential advisers, including party leaders Ludovic Orban (the force of the right) and Eugen Tomac (PMP). On the list are former employees from the Capital City Hall, USB colleagues
