Global technology brand OnePlus launched the newest products in its portfolio on January 23: OnePlus 12, OnePlus 12 R and OnePlus Buds 3.
OnePlus 12.
OnePlus 12 comes equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform, Trinity Engine and fourth generation Hasselblad Camera for Mobile. The newest and most powerful smartphone in the OnePlus portfolio comes with a ProXDR screen with 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, 100W SUPERVOOC super fast charging and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging, keeping the brand's design.
The OnePlus 12R is specially created for gamers who want a top-notch experience in 2024, combining the best parts of the OnePlus 12 with the performance of the OnePlus R series. It is the first OnePlus R device launched outside of China and India and comes in both Cool Blue and Iron Gray colors.
The OnePlus Buds 3 headphones come with a dual-driver acoustic system. In addition to sound quality, Buds 3 also offers users a smart user experience, including personalized active noise cancellation and sliding volume control.
Finally, OnePlus also introduced the OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition, created in collaboration with HoYoverse, which will be released on February 28. Bringing the Trinity Engine to the OnePlus 12R and custom optimization from both OnePlus and HoYoverse, the OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact is built to deliver a super-fast and smooth gaming experience that allows players to fully immerse themselves in the world of Genshin Impact anytime, anywhere. The OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition also comes in a custom gift box and a series of collectibles inspired by Genshin Impact Keqing.

At the heart of the OnePlus 12 is the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon® 8 Gen 3 mobile platform, an ultra-smart chip that promises top performance and energy efficiency, with up to 30% improved CPU performance and a 25 % of GPU performance. Powered by proprietary Trinity Engine technology and equipped with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 ROM, the OnePlus 12 can keep apps running in the background for 72 hours. The OnePlus 12 is also equipped with a new ProXDR 2K 120Hz screen and a maximum brightness of 4500 nits.
OnePlus 12 introduces the new Dual Cryo-velocity VC cooling system, with a 3D capillary dissipation structure and covering the largest surface ever, 9,140 mm². This system constantly absorbs heat to speed up the entire heat dissipation process.
With 100W SUPERVOOC fast charging and a large 5400mAh battery, OnePlus 12 reduces the time your device spends plugged in. The OnePlus 12 takes 26 minutes to charge from 1% to 100%. The smartphone also features AIRVOOC 50W wireless charging, offering an alternative for those who prefer a cable-free lifestyle.
In addition, the OnePlus 12 comes with the fourth-generation Hasselblad smartphone camera with the Sony LYT-808 wide sensor, 64MP 3x periscope telephoto lens, the latest RAW HDR algorithm, and Hasselblad Portrait mode. OnePlus 12 also features 3D Spatial Audio, Aqua-touch, IR blaster and USB 3.2 Gen 1 port.
OnePlus 12R
The OnePlus 12R combines fast and fluid software with state-of-the-art hardware. It's the fourth device in the OnePlus R series and the first to launch outside of China and India, a phone built for gamers.
The OnePlus 12R comes with the world's first LTPO 4.0 screen that features an intelligent refresh rate adaptation system between 1Hz and 120Hz. It also reacts to the speed of the user's swipe, meaning that a slow movement of the screen can mean using a refresh rate of 60Hz, 72Hz or 90Hz, while a fast movement requires the device to go up to 120Hz.

Behind the screen is the Qualcomm® Snapdragon® 8 Gen 2 processor, a 4-nanometer octa-core, as well as up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. All of this is protected with the same Cryo-Velocity cooling system and is powered by the largest battery ever installed in a OnePlus phone. The 5,500mAh battery features 100W SUPERVOOC charging, which means the OnePlus 12R will go from 1 to 100% in 26 minutes.
The OnePlus 12R's performance is complemented by the camera system that includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 sensor. The phone features a range of proprietary OnePlus algorithms designed to produce excellent results in any situation.
OnePlus Buds 3
Guided by Never Settle, Buds 3 headphones aim to reset the standards in the mid-end TWS product segment through sound quality and intelligent user experience.
Combining the power of a 10.4mm woofer with the precision of a 6mm tweeter, Buds 3 offers a frequency range from 15Hz to 40KHz, powerful bass, refined highs and clear vocals. At the same time, Buds3 are certified by JAS (Japan Audio Society) as a Hi-Res Audio Wireless device.
Offering up to 49 dB of noise cancellation, the Buds 3 have achieved TÜV Rheinland certification as a noise canceling device. With built-in microphones and internal OnePlus algorithms, Smart Scene Noise Cancellation 2.0 headphones can automatically select the most suitable mode based on the surrounding environment.
The prices have not been officially announced yet, but for pre-order, on the European website of Oneplus they appear like this:

– OnePlus 12 in the 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage variant – 1049 euros;
