It is the penultimate holiday of this school year, before the summer, and marks the transition from module 4 to module 5. The courses will be resumed on Monday, April 28, but the return week will be a short one, Potrivit edupedu.ro.
Students go to school only three days before May 1
Students will go to school for only three days, because Thursday, May 1, is a legal day, and on Friday, May 2, the Government decided to grant freely, creating a bridge to the extended weekend that includes the first round of the presidential elections of 2025.
After this short return to banks, module 5 begins – the last of the school year – which takes place until June 21, when most students enter.
Which students take holiday earlier?
For students in the terminal classes, however, the school year will end earlier. Those in the 12th grade day, the 13th evening and reduced frequency will end the courses on June 6, while the eighth-grade students will finish the school on June 13. In the case of technological high schools (except for the 12th grades) and vocational education, the courses end later, on June 27.
Regarding post-secondary education, the duration of studies remains established according to the framework plans in force.
Thus, the spring vacation brings not only a welcome break, but also a transition period towards the end of the school year, with a flexible program and several free days in the next period.
