The oldest case instrumented by DIICOT – Structura Craiova was sent to court on October 28, with brothers Eugen and Nicu Mihăilescu as the injured party.

The two are the former owners of the Extensiv football team, and now they are fighting with the real estate “sharks” from Bănie.

The list of defendants includes important local names: Ștefan Cherciu, owner of the Q Fort company, one of the richest businessmen, and Ionuț Pîrvulescu, elected local councilor on the PSSD list, but resigned due to the indictment.

Hop and Shpak!

According to the indictment prepared by the prosecutors, the Extensive file discusses an organized criminal group.

Victor Pițurcă’s daughter, Claudia, is a witness, but other heavy names from Craiova are involved in an operation that the Mihăilescu brothers say is a real estate cannon of proportions, with rigged auctions.

The file also contains the name of Cristi Șpak-Boldici, the son-in-law of Gabi Boldici, former goalkeeper of the University of Craiova and former “second” of Piti.
