PSD Senator Victoria Stoiciu criticizes the exclusion of the voting women’s organization. “It’s sad and worrying”

The PSD Senator Victoria Stoiciu criticized the PNL decision to exclude the organization of liberal women from the vote in the National Political Bureau, in the context in which only two women are part of the current government.

Victoria Stoiciu denounced the decision taken by the National Facebook Facebook Party

“I understand that within the PNL some” optimizations “were made-not only by expenses, but also by rights. The organization of liberal women has just been left without voting in the national political office. It is, of course, the” internal cuisine “of the party and it is about their organizational autonomy. Practically, the effects of these decisions are profoundly political.

Especially when this decision comes one day after Mr. Bolojan explained that they were not named women in the government because … competent people were sought. Where do you no longer know what to understand: that women would not be competent? Or are they not people? ”wrote Victoria Stoiciu on her Facebook page.

Senator drew attention that “In a context in which political extremism gains ground with an anti-right and anti-diversity discourse, the pro-European and democratic parties should be the first to say: women’s rights are not negotiable,”

“I am an essential part of the architecture of a functional democracy. Here we all work and it is sad and worrying that we have only 2 women in this government.added it.

The statements come after the National Liberal Party decided on Saturday, within the National Council, to eliminate the right to vote for the Liberal Women’s Organization in the National Political Bureau.

Just a day ago, asked why PNL did not propose any woman in the Government of Romania, Ilie Bolojan said that PNL has to encourage performing people, both women and men.

“PNL has to encourage that people, women or men, be supported, create color,” Bolojan said.
