Puff Daddy accused of raping woman with remote after she suggested he was involved in Tupac’s murder

In the latest of more than 12 sexual assault claims against him, Sean “Diddy” Combs (Puff Daddy) is accused by a woman of raping her in “revenge” after she suggested the rapper was involved in the killing of Tupac Shakur.

In a lawsuit filed in California, the victim, Ashley Parham, also claims the artist threatened to cut her face with a knife in retaliation for his comments, according to the BBC.

Puff Daddy, who has consistently denied any wrongdoing, has yet to respond to the new allegations and previously denied any involvement in the 1996 drive-by shooting that killed rapper Tupac Shakur in Las Vegas. according to the cited source.

The gruesome crime has never been solved, although a former leader of California’s South Side Compton Crips gang – Duane “Keffe D” Davis – was indicted last year and is set to go on trial in March 2025 .Davis previously claimed that Puff Daddy offered him $1 million to kill Shakur.

Ashley Parham says she came to Combs’ attention in 2018 after meeting one of his friends in a bar while he was making a video call to the artist. Parham refused to appear in the footage because he believed that Puff Daddy, “it has something to do with the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.”

A month away, the friend invited her to his house, asking for help with her cancer medication, and Combs showed up unexpectedly.

The victim claims the rapper approached her “with a knife he held to the right side of her face and threatened to give her a ‘Glasgow smile’ in retaliation for his earlier statements”, then he then ripped off her clothes and raped her “violent” with a television remote control, according to documents filed by the woman’s lawyers in court.

Furthermore, the victim says that three weeks later, she went to the hospital and the staff called the local police, but none of her complaints to the police led to an investigation.

Now, the woman is suing Combs and six others for sexual assault and bodily harm, abuse, unlawful detention and kidnapping and is demanding a jury trial, writes the BBC, which notes that it has contacted his lawyers for comment and has requested a similar response from others.

The case is just the latest of more than a dozen allegations of rape, sexual assault and physical abuse that have been filed against Combs in the past year.

Combs is currently in custody at a New York detention center awaiting trial on federal criminal racketeering and sex trafficking charges.
