On Saturday, June 1, while most parents celebrated the International Children's Day with their children, in Breasta commune, in Dolj, the family led Raisa, the little two and a half year old, brutally murdered, on her last journey by her cousin.

At the funeral organized in the yard of the house, where fiddlers were also brought, according to the tradition of the ethnic group to which the family belongs, approximately 80 people participated, all of them still shocked by what happened and as if they could not believe that such a thing was possible .
Raisa's mother and father say that until now they have not spoken to the parents of the 15-year-old criminal, whom they did not believe was capable of murder. Moreover, the girl's father makes serious accusations and declares that the boy was helped by someone from the family. In the area where the child was discovered, the police and the family had searched on the day of her disappearance and had found nothing, so the little girl's father believes that her body was brought later and dumped there by the murderer, with the complicity of the family.

“He couldn't do that, because he doesn't have much schooling to do that. That boy is not alone. He is helped by someone from the family. There are several people involved in this matter (…)”,Raisa's father accused.
Regarding the lack of discernment of Codreanu Nicolas Masi, who has already been arrested for 30 days, Raisa's father also states that he did not have any degree of disability and is not officially registered anywhere as having such problems, so the lack discernment cannot be invoked in his defense.
“It's a lie that he's crazy. If he was crazy, he had a disability certificate, the town hall knew about him, everyone knew about him. But he has no handicap.” said the grieving father.
We remind you that, although he initially claimed to be innocent, when confronted with the evidence, Codreanu Nicolas Masi admitted that he stabbed and strangled his cousin who was only two and a half years old.
According to some judicial sources cited by Gândul journalists, the 15-year-old criminal would have told the investigators that he killed Raisa in such a barbaric way because he was envious of the attention she was receiving from the family.
