Rapper and influential American hip-hop producer Sean “P. Diddy” Combs is accused of assaulting a 39-year-old man in 2022, ABC News reports.

The plaintiff, who filed the complaint anonymously, explains that at the time he was attending a party organized by P. Diddy “in a big and glamorous house in New York“, during which he was invited to consume alcohol.
“After drinking, the applicant began to feel disoriented, lose control of his body and consciousness”his lawyer, Tony Buzbee, who represents over 150 victims of P. Diddy, says in the complaint, according to news.ro.
When he regained consciousness, the applicant said he was “in a dark room with black walls, on a bed with black sheets” and that P. Diddy was “on top of him, about to sodomize him”.
New complaints continue to be filed against P. Diddy. The rapper was already accused of sexual assault in late October by a man who was 10 years old at the time of the incident in 2005.
An artist with many nicknames in the world of music and business, P. Diddy is described by his alleged victims as a violent sexual predator who used alcohol and drugs to gain their submission.
According to the indictment, he set up a sex trafficking system, forcing his victims to have sexual relations with sex workers, which he then filmed. More than a hundred victims have been identified.
On Thursday, a federal court judge in Manhattan set a May 5, 2025, date for the rapper’s criminal trial to begin, and for now he remains in custody.
