The measures regarding the reorganization of Romsilva will be approved on Friday, by Government decision, after the project was postponed on Thursday, because it did not have all the necessary notices.
“The measures of organization and functioning, as well as reorganization of Romsilva are approved by Government decision, at the proposal of the Authority“, provides for the project.
According to the Forest Code, the central public authority for forestry, called the authority, is organized and functions as a specialized body of the central public administration and represents the state authority in the field of forestry with implementation, regulation, coordination and control.
