We had the honor of receiving today the visit of Ms. Chiara Corazza, appointed by President Emmanuel Macron as the Private Sector Representative for France within the G20 EMPOWER Alliance. Mrs. Corazza was CEO and Special Representative to the G7 and G20 at the Women's Forum for Economy and Society, the world's leading platform for promoting women's voices and vision.

Mrs. Chiara Corazza has invaluable experience as general manager of the Greater Paris Investment Agency, institution that dealt with attracting investments in the Paris Region.

At the same time, as director of International Affairs in Greater Paris, she created the Metropolitan area of Greater Paris and implemented cooperation projects between the French Capital and 20 other capitals worldwide.

A man with immense experience in local government, metropolitan development and attracting foreign investment, Mrs. Corazza gave us many good tips on how we can tackle the problems in Bucharest as well.

It is essential that Bucharest becomes a city open to investments, and the Bucharest local administration must make known the huge potential that the Capital of Romania has. Inter-administrative diplomacy, the presence at fairs and events, as well as contacts with the external economic environment must become the main pillars of the action of the future administration of Bucharest”, according to the post made by Sebastian Burduja.

Who is Chiara Corazza?

Before settling in France, between 1980 and 1984, Chiara Corazza was a journalist at Il Globo in Rome. She began her career at the age of 17 teaching German at the French High School in Rome and writing for the Daily American, according to the Arab International Women's Forum.
