Simulation National Assessment 2025. How the samples are carried out. General rules

The simulation for the national evaluation will be carried out according to specific programs, published by the Ministry of Education and Research. During the simulation, the essential contents of the school syllabus will be included and certain chapters will still be excluded in the classroom. The latter will remain for summer testing.

On the day of the exam, the students must be present in the halls until 8:30. The samples start at 9: 00. The time allocated for drafting the works is 2 hours after completing the identification box. Audio-video monitoring is mandatory.

The students of the eighth grade receive topics type brochure and have the opportunity to request additional pages, which are stapled by the assistant teachers in teaching the work. Being brochure type topics, which students write the resolutions, they cannot be taken by the students at the end of the sample.

For written texts, it is only allowed to underline the text with a blue pen/pen or pencil. In the case of syntax exercises, students can delimit sentences without this being considered a particular sign

Correction of mistakes on the exam sheet

If they want to correct an answer they consider wrong, for grid -type items or short answer questions, students must follow specific instructions:

  • A completed answer in the response box can be corrected by cutting with a horizontal line of the letter written in the box and writing to the right of the box associated with the response considered correct.
  • “A response consisting of marking with X of an option can be corrected by cutting with a horizontal line of the X marking and marking with X of the answer considered correct.
  • A response from subject I or from subject II to the mathematical sample can be corrected by cutting with a horizontal line and trying another response considered correct.
  • Also in mathematics, if the student changes the answer several times and considers another variant as correct, he must clearly write it in a special space. It will be written in the section/cell dedicated to the score attributed to the item, located near the area with the four response variants.
  • It is allowed to make markings and completions on the geometric figures, but only with pencil or pen/blue pen. Also, students can draw new geometric figures in spaces intended to solve problems.

Scanning and digital evaluation of works

The corner of the work containing the student’s personal data does not close and does not stick, the secretion to be carried out in the platform for the digitized evaluation after its load.

After the completion of the test, the assistants scan the work, verify that the number of scanned pages corresponds to the number of pages of the work in physical format and with the number of pages passed in the process of teaching-receiving, as well as the degree of readability of the scanned work, charges it and marks it in the platform intended for the digitized evaluation.

The evaluation of the works is done exclusively in digital format, without direct access to physical documents. Each work is evaluated by two evaluating teachers, select, with priority, among the teachers who followed the continuous training program in order to establish the body of evaluating teachers for national exams and competitions.

If between the notes given by the two evaluators there is a difference greater than one point, the work is automatically redistributed to two other teachers. The final note is calculated taking into account the four (4) notes, after eliminating the two extreme notes, as an arithmetic mean having two decimals, without rounding, of the two central notes.

Simulation National Assessment 2025. Communication of results

Students will not publicly find out the notes from simulations, these being transmitted only individually. The communication of the results is made anonymized, using the individual codes that replace the names and surnames of the candidates.
