On Tuesday, December 31, 2024, the Romanian Lottery organizes the “New Year’s Lotto Special Draws”. There are two draws for each of the Loto 6/49, Joker and Loto 5/40 games: a main draw and an additional draw.

For the second, additional draw, the Romanian Lottery supplemented the winning fund of category I for Lotto 6/49 with 500,000 lei, for Joker with 300,000 lei and for Lotto 5/40 with 100,000 lei. The Lotto draws will take place starting at 17:40.

At Lotto 6/49, a carryover amounting to over 2.36 million lei (over 475,600 euros) is registered in category I. At Noroc, a cumulative carryover worth over 12.23 million lei (over 2.45 million euros) is at stake.
At Joker, in category I, there is a carryover worth over 6.57 million lei (over 1.32 million euros), and in category II there is a carryover worth over 649,400 lei (over 130,400 euros). At Noroc Plus, a carryover amounting to over 37,900 lei is recorded in category I.
In Lotto 5/40, in category I, a carryover worth over 115,700 lei (over 23,200 euros) is at stake, and in category II a carryover worth over 45,300 lei. At Super Noroc, a carryover amounting to over 6,900 lei is recorded in category I.
At the “Special Christmas Lottery Draws” that took place on Sunday, December 22, the Romanian Lottery awarded more than 23,600 winnings totaling more than 1.87 million lei. At Sunday’s Lucky draw, the third category prize worth 50,007.96 lei was won. The lucky ticket was played at an agency in Slatina, county Olt.
