Deputy Prime Minister Dragoș Anastasiu told Antena 3 that the draft law is working in the Government and will be completed by the end of this month.
“It is about the fact that we have to change the laws in such a way that something can not happen in the future. We see that it was a problem and the special pensions, one is what you can do today. Dragoș Anastasiu said.
He added that he understands “anger ” pensioners, whose pensions will be charged with 10% for CASS. “I understand the anger perfectly, I have it. Special pensions are part of this package, the second and the change of legislation will come until the end of this month. There is another package over another month. There were two attempts that failed we have to find the solution, not to fail and the third time.”

Last days, the Minister of Labor, Florin Manole, announced that a draft law on special pensions, which will include the increase of the retirement age.
“We will have an increase in the retirement age. We will make a new bill, which will go through the Parliament. We want to take the age of 65. It is an equalization. What in the past represented a gradual target – that is, the retirement age has gradually increased – we want to establish clearly”, said Labor Minister Florin Manole.
